Our UK resident client, relocating his family to Jersey, required an initial 6-month rental property as the relocation was imminent. His wife and two young children required a four bedroom home, close to local amenities and with quick access to town and schools for the children’s activities. With only six months desired in rental accommodation, the search process was fast-tracked to ensure the family saw all of the properties we had shortlisted for them within weeks of arriving on Island.
